Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Jefferson, NC. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Paid training and benefits are included. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus; 20 hours per week minimum to qualify for the bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – paid training provided.

As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
