Braverhood is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the New York area. The role offers an $18-$20 hourly rate and part-time hours for weekdays and/or weekends. You will provide one-on-one support in home and community settings to help individuals achieve personal goals and gain independence.

We offer flexible schedules, PTO, paid training, and meaningful, rewarding work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with paid DSP training after hire.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
• Experience with children or young adults preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, accountable, and punctual
• U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization
• Complete required paid DSP training after hire
