Skills of Central PA, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support for individuals with disabilities in Huntingdon and surrounding counties.

Positions include part-time and full-time on various shifts; weekend and holiday rotations; offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Utilize person-centered Individual Support Plans to assess and support a person’s needs
• Assist individuals with disabilities with daily living, independence skills, and personal care (e.g., grooming, bathing, feeding, cooking, cleaning)
• Accompany individuals to and from appointments and community activities
• Help people foster meaningful relationships with people in the community
• Administer medications after thorough training
• Complete appropriate documentation

Description

We have full-time positions available in: Alexandria, Belleville, Lewistown, and McVeytown that we would love to discuss with you! All positions require a weekend (Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend) rotation and a holiday rotation.

Our Full-time Positions Are As Follows

• Alexandria: Evening position (3p-11p) w/ weekend rotation
• Belleville: Daylight position (7a-3p) w/ weekend rotation
• Belleville: Evening position (3p-11p) w/ weekend rotation
• Belleville: Evening position (4p-12a) w/ weekend rotation
• Lewistown: Evening position (4p-12a) w/ weekend rotation
• McVeytown: Evening position (2p-12a) w/ every weekend
