About us: Hills & Dales is a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Location: Quad Cities

Position Type: Full-Time with rotating weekends and holidays. See below for OPEN SCHEDULE:

1. Week 1: Monday 11P-8A - sleep; Tuesday 3P-8P; Wednesday 3P-9P; Thursday 11P-8A - sleep; Friday 3P-11P
2. Week 2: Monday 11P-8A - sleep; Tuesday 4P-11P; Saturday 10P-8A - sleep; Sunday 10P-8A - sleep

What We Offer

• Competitive Wage: Starting at $17.75/hour
• Shift and Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour on weekends, $2/hour for 2nd shift, $0.50 for 3rd shift; sleep wage of $10/hour between 10PM-6AM
• Additional Pay for Experience and Education: Extra pay for HCBS work experience, college degrees (AA, BS/BA), or certifications (CMA/CNA)

• Provide support to adults with disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, hygiene, and meal prep
• Support clients in community activities
• Document progress and coordinate with team
• Ensure a safe environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to qualify as an approved driver
• Use of personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)
• Minimum insurance: $25,000 bodily injury liability
