Job summary

Royal Community Support seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mercer County and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible schedules, a competitive $25 per hour pay rate, and opportunities to support independence and community engagement.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance, transportation when needed, and a person-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent; able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have legal working status in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities and community outings; transportation when needed.
• Support participation in community-based activities and outings.
• Maintain a positive, person-centered approach and ensure safety.
• Encourage independence and help individuals reach personal goals.
