00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Behavioral Health program in the United States. The DSP will support individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, mental health and substance use challenges in home and community settings.

The role emphasizes understanding each person’s background, fostering empowerment, and implementing tailored services under supervision to help individuals achieve personal goals and desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet all pre‑employment screening.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in identifying and communicating requests and needs.
• Promote healthy lifestyle through wellness education and strategies to prevent illness.
• Foster self-advocacy and encourage independent decision making aligned with goals.
• Support individuals in community activities to promote social engagement.
• Develop independent living skills and daily living self-sufficiency.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments and activities.
• Encourage inclusivity and sense of belonging within the community.
• Support decisions about living arrangements, employment, and relationships.
• Assist with personal care and household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Document services to ensure accurate records and effective team communication.
