About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities: supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

• Developing and implementing individualized plans: working with individuals to create personalized support plans that align with their unique needs and goals
