Job summary

AbleLight in Seattle is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, pursue personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives. You will build trusting relationships, provide daily living support, and help participants participate in the community.

This role values a compassionate, outgoing attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Valid driver's license.
