Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently with dignity. This role offers multiple shifts, pathway to growth, and a starting wage of $15.75 per hour.

You'll collaborate with a team to ensure safety, personal growth, and quality of life, while completing daily tasks and documentation with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid United States Driver's License.
• Successful background clearance required as part of onboarding/employment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks (moving around, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene).
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
