Waves, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities.

You will follow individualized care plans, help build independence, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment. We offer paid training, full-time benefits, and opportunities for growth; weekend shifts add $1/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
• High school diploma or GED required.
