Job summary

Waves, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives. If you’re compassionate and reliable, we’ll train you to provide daily living support and promote independence.

You’ll join a supportive team, with weekend pay premium and various shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd, PRN). We offer paid training and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, along with opportunities for growth and a longevity bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen
• Must be able to work in-person
