Job summary

Waves, Inc. in Tennessee is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to support individuals with disabilities, assist with daily living, and help build independence in a home- and community-based setting.

This in-person role emphasizes safety, dignity, and positive engagement. You will follow individualized care plans with your team, contribute to a supportive environment, and participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
