Job summary

AbleLight in Missouri is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with IDD to live independently and engage in meaningful activities.

You will build relationships, support daily living, and help participants reach personal goals in home and community settings. We offer scheduling options, benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.
