AbleLight in Saint Charles, MO is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and engage fully in their communities.

You'll build meaningful relationships, support daily living, and help clients reach personal goals in a compassionate, collaborative environment. Paid training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications
