Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Fremont, CA to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, achieve personal goals, and participate in the community. You will build meaningful relationships and provide respectful, person-centered support in daily life.

We seek energetic, compassionate team players with strong communication and a dependable mindset. A valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED are required.
