Dungarvin helps people with disabilities live more independently. A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities.

The role aims to empower individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining dignity and respect. You will support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth, assist with daily living

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals served.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills
• Ability to pass required background clearance
