Brightway Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Hauppauge, NY. This full-time, hourly role pays $21.00–$23.10/hour and offers shifts across multiple days and times, including a mix of mornings and evenings.

A valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history is required, with a lower rate offered if criteria are not met. As a DSP you will assist with daily living activities, foster independence, promote well-being, and help individuals connect

Shifts Available

• Tuesday: 7am-12pm, Wednesday, Thursday: 7am-10am & 2pm-10pm, Sunday: 10am-10pm (39hours/week)
• Monday: 7am-12pm, Wednesday: 7am-10am & 2pm-10pm, Thursday: 7am-10am, Friday: 7am-10am & 2pm-10pm (30hours/week)
• Wednesday: 7am-10am & 2pm-10pm, Thursday: 7am-10am, Friday: 7am-10am & 2pm-10pm, Saturday:10am-10pm (37hours/week)

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.

This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
