DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) – FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES & EXCEPTIONAL TIME OFF! Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour

Shifts Available

• Sunday-Tuesday: 7pm-7am (36hours/week)
• Thursday-Friday: 8am-8pm (36hours/week)
• Wednesday, Friday: 7am-7pm, Saturday: 7am-8pm (37hours/week)
• Sunday: 8am-8pm, Monday, Tuesday: 7am-8pm (38hours/week)
• Tueday: 8am-8pm, Wednesday: 7am-8pm, Thursday: 8am-8pm (37hours/week)

Average Hourly Rate for DSP Drivers (including weekend shift): $24.50 – $26.95/hour

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
