Abilities Network is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals in the Baltimore Metro region to transport individuals to community activities, jobs, and events. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a personal vehicle are required since driving is an essential function of the role.
The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, non-negotiable, with a $20 per pay auto allowance and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
Location: Baltimore City, Middle River, Essex and Dundalk, Maryland.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $18.00 per hour and is non-negotiable. The average annual starting income for this position is $46,900 which includes the hourly starting rate of pay, $20.00 per pay auto allowance and average mileage reimbursement.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will transport individuals you support to community activities, volunteer opportunities, job sites, and other community events. Because driving is an essential function of this position, applicants must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable access to personal vehicle.
