Job summary

Serenity, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions with a pay range of about $21.50–$26.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with I/DD is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.

Serenity is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
