Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) in Angier, NC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide community living support and respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will promote independence, community inclusion, and a safe home and community environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass background and drug screenings, and excellent communication.

At Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS), we believe in helping others Thrive with Purpose. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Living Support and Respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Angrier, NC area. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering independence, promoting community inclusion, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment both in the home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 support, companionship, and daily living assistance.

• Assist with personal care, daily life skills, meal preparation, and medication administration as needed.

• Facilitate community integration and personal goals while maintaining a safe environment.

• Maintain a warm, encouraging, and supportive atmosphere.

• Keep accurate, timely service documentation in accordance with agency policies.

Position Details & Benefits

• Location: Angrier, NC27501

• Pay Rate: $16.75/ hour and $15.00 / hour for Respite

• Schedule: Contract | 2 Weekdays after school, 3 pm - 8 pm | Saturday/Sunday flexible hours
