We Care with Passionate Care, LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care and support to residents in Ashton, PA and Broomall, PA. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, behavioral support, and quality of life during assigned shifts.

Applicants should have 1 year of direct support or residential care experience, ability to document accurately, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct support, caregiving, or residential care experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral support plans and ISP documentation is a plus.
• Ability to administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and supervision to residents during assigned shifts.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and life skills development.
• Support residents in creating weekly menus and grocery shopping lists.
• Complete grocery shopping and purchase household supplies.
• Administer and monitor medications per physician orders with accurate documentation.
• Maintain and complete documentation including logs, medication logs, and incident reports.
• Implement and track progress on ISP and behavioral support plans.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and activities.
• Conduct and document fire drills in compliance with 6400 Regulations.
• Follow Site Supervisor directives to ensure smooth daily operations.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Residential Care Staff

Locations: Ashton, PA & Broomall, PA

Shift: Varies by assignment

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and support services to residents in a residential setting. This role is responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, behavioral support plans, and overall quality of life during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to residents during assigned shifts
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and life skills development
• Support residents in creating weekly menus and grocery shopping lists
• Complete grocery shopping and purchase household supplies as assigned
• Administer and monitor medications in accordance with physician orders, ensuring accurate documentation
• Maintain and complete all required documentation, including Communication Logs, Medication Logs, and Incident Reports prior to shift end
• Implement and track progress on Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavioral support plans
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments, activities, and visitations
• Conduct and document fire drills in compliance with 6400 Regulations
• Follow all assigned tasks and directives from the Site Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations
