Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Newtown Square, PA. Roles include supporting life skills, daily living activities, community participation, transportation, and personal care.

Locations include day program in Newtown Square with Monday–Friday hours 8:30am–3:30pm; both full-time and part-time positions available. Competitive hourly pay, paid time off, tuition assistance, and benefits are offered.

• Valid driver's license and driving approval from Peaceful Living.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living

Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Newtown Square, PA

Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide much needed assistance and care to help others live their lives to the fullest. DSPs are there to support and assist with life skills, activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal care. Peaceful Living is looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people to join the team for this rewarding and fulfilling role.

Day Program Location/Hours: Newtown Square, Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm, Full-time and Part-Time positions available

Compensation and Benefits for Full-time employees:

• $18.10 to $19.85 based on years of DSP experience

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma/GED
• Have and maintain a valid (state of residence) driver's license and driving approval from Peaceful Living
• Successfully pass and maintain all criminal background checks
• Complete pre-employment physical and TB test
