Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This per diem role focuses on daily living support, community participation, and respectful, safe care.

You will complete progress notes, collaborate with families and staff, and benefit from a flexible schedule, meaningful work, and a supportive team as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to complete required background checks and training.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.
