Job summary

Royal Community Supports is seeking a self-motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist a man living in his own apartment in Oldwick, NJ. The job is daytime part-time on Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts from 10:30am to 3:30pm, and pay of $26 per hour.

The DSP will help with errands, light housekeeping, and enjoying activities such as shopping, meals, and conversations. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screening are required; US work

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable supporting a person with a disability and promoting independence.
• Requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with errands and light housekeeping tasks.
• Shop locally, accompany to lunch and run routine errands.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities at home.
• Support on Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled (M/W/F window for services).

Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic person to support a man who resides in his own apartment in Oldwick, NJ on Saturday and Sundays.

Retired individual seeking Direct Support Profesional/DSP assistance with errands and light housekeeping tasks. Looking for a Direct Support Profesional/DSP who likes to shop locally, run errands, and sometimes go out for lunch but who also is happy to stay inside and spend time talking and watching shows together. The ideal Direct Support Profesional/DSP is someone who has experience, willing to do the DDD trainings, and is looking for a daytime P/T opportunity - must be willing to be in a home with dogs (individual seeking support has two small dogs). $26/hr

Schedule of Services:

M, W, F - 10:30am-3:30pm

Qualifications:
