Job summary

Royal Community Support seeks a self-motivated Direct Support Professional to assist an individual in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The DSP will accompany the person on day trips and help integrate into the local community, ensuring safety and person-centered care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:15pm. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after 3 months of solid performance, with full-time benefits after 25 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Support an individual who lives in East Brunswick, NJ.
• Engage in community activities and day trips.
• Provide person-centered support and assistance as needed.

New Brunswick - Looking for an active DSP/ Direct Support Professional to support an individual in New Brunswick. The ideal DSP/ Direct Support Professional is someone who is able to have a fun time while supporting someone. Going on day trips to the boardwalk or exploring the community. This is a fun position for the right Direct Support Professional. Payrate $22.50 to start and increased to 23.50 after 3 months of good support.

Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:15pm
