Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is hosting an in-person interview in Mansfield, OH for DSP positions with hourly pay of $17.50 to $18.50. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and interviews occur every Monday from 11am-4pm at the local office.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance.
