Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Delaware is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have I/DD. Openings in New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently in the community

Locations: Wilmington Manor, Bayview Manor, Collins Park, Minquadale, and surrounding areas.

Pay: $17.50-$18/hr. (dependent on experience)
