Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in and around Williamsport, PA. DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We provide flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts), competitive pay starting at $17/hr, and weekly pay to support your growth

Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on the client’s hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

Hiring Direct Support Professionals in the following locations: Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Williamsport, and Montoursville!

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
