Job summary

Almost Family is hiring a Female‑ONLY Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part‑time role with full‑time potential in North Bend and surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly, with flexible schedules and paid training.

You will provide attendant and relief care, assist with ADLs, transportation, and community activities, while following care plans and maintaining confidential documentation. A compassionate, reliable team player is essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1+ year supporting someone with I/DD
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide attendant care, relief care, DSA and help clients engage in community activities
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including physical, emotional, behavioral, and communication needs
• Provide transportation for medical appointments, errands, and community outings
• Assist with household tasks and home management
• Encourage and model life skills and independence
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Champion the mission: supporting individuals to live life to their fullest potential

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll provide attendant care, relief care, DSA and help clientsengage in community activities such as social events, shopping, volunteer work, and more.

You’ll also:

• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — physical, emotional, behavioral, and communication needs

• Provide transportation for medical appointments, errands, and community outings

• Assist with household tasks and home management

• Encourage and model life skills and independence

• Promote positive self-esteem and build meaningful relationships
