Job summary

Hope Learning Center in Mars, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join the new Adult Services program. This full-time role focuses on direct care and supervision for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, in home and community settings.

Even better, this position offers Monday–Friday daytime hours with no evenings or weekends. Full and part-time opportunities are available, providing competitive pay and benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass all required background checks and clearances.
• Experience with IDD or Severe Mental Illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, support, and supervision to individuals.
• Promote independence and safety in home and community settings.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and ISPs as trained.
• Participate in ongoing training and staff development.
