Job summary

Brandi's Hope is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Natchez, MS to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities and facilitate community inclusion. You will work on a set schedule with opportunities for growth after orientation, requiring a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant experience, CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Shifts include days with a 45-hour workweek; the pay starts at $10.00 per hour, with overtime and higher rates after

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR training required and background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreation and community inclusion.
• Transport to appointments as needed and participate as a job advocate.
• Duties will be discussed with employer and orientation provided.
