You will support individuals with disabilities in social and leisure activities, help with self-care, and plan monthly community outings. Paid training includes First Aid/CPR, CMRT, and medication administration; driving and accurate note-taking are required.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete background checks and provide references.
• Active driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Detail-oriented with accurate note-taking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in social and leisure activities at the center and during community outings.
• Assist with learning basic social skills, self-care, and communication.
• Document care and progress notes to ensure continuity of quality care.
