Job summary

Ariel Clinical Services in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking an ASA Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered services to adults with IDD. This role focuses on supervision, skill-building, and community integration in a supportive setting.

Two full-time positions, 40 hours per week; typical hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Some evenings and weekends as needed. Hiring range: $17.00 - $18.53 / hr., depending upon education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Six months experience in related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CPR/First Aid preferred and must be current.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support clients with daily living skills.
• Safely transport clients per policy.
• Provide client-centered supports and build independence.
• Complete required documentation daily.
• Monitor and respond to client needs and behaviors.
• Communicate with team and supervisors as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and agency policies.
