RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and hourly supports.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about working with individuals with disabilities. This includes but is not limited to assisting people with daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and behavioral supports. Opportunities exist across residential homes, day programs, and community or home-based support settings.

Qualifications

• Desire and interest in working with people with disabilities or special needs, with respect for cultural differences
• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job
• Successful completion of background checks with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and Level One Fingerprint Clearance
• Ability to speak other languages, if required
• Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting people, if applicable
• Access to a telephone
• Ability to meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned
• 21+ to drive an approved RISE vehicle, with a drug test pass, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record
• Provide current auto insurance if using a personal vehicle for transporting people, meeting RISE policy minimums
