As a Direct Support Professional (Crisis Interventionist), you will provide hands‑on, person-centered support to individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental support needs.
This position is being hired in anticipation of a new crisis home opening soon in the Carver area. We are seeking experienced direct care professionals who are comfortable supporting individuals through crisis situations, implementing de-escalation strategies, and promoting safety, stability, and independence.
Candidates should have at least three years of direct care experience. Experience working in crisis homes, behavioral support programs, mental health settings, or similar high-needs environments is strongly preferred.
Retention and referral bonuses are subject to program requirements and active employment at the time of payout.
