Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a group home, DSP, or client care role
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Comfort with assisting adults who have mental health needs

Responsibilities

• Work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of persons served
• Reflect values of respect, honesty, patience, and compassion
• Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and ongoing development
• Support transportation, documentation, care plans, and interactions with stakeholders
• Assist the Designated Coordinator with scheduling, payroll, documentation, and delegation as needed
