Job summary

D&S Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring for a direct support role at Buckner- Longview, TX. You will support 4–6 individuals in residential settings, assist with daily living, health maintenance, socialization, and transportation, and document progress.

Requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. Work may be full-time or part-time, on-site in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per individual service/program plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain safety and follow Sevita policies, cooperating with nurses and supervisors.
