Carefully Caring Home Care Agency is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist elderly or individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism and mental health in daily living tasks. Must have transportation for the Philadelphia area shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, communicating care updates, and coordinating with families to ensure the best care. A High School diploma or GED is required and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care or related fields.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and use of own vehicle.
