Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in daily living activities, hygiene, money management, and community involvement. You will implement care plans, monitor progress, and document changes to ensure quality support.

• Experience or knowledge in caregiving, patient care, or direct support
• Familiarity with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and HIPAA regulations
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards others, foster meaningful relationships between individual and their community.
