Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Provide education on rights and supports.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community transport.
• Promote healthy living and self-advocacy.
• Accompany individuals to work, appointments, and community events.
• Document care provided and update care plans as needed.
