Job summary

Anchor Home in White Marsh, Maryland is seeking a Direct Support Professional (CMT) for the Monday–Friday 11:00pm–7:00am shift. This full-time role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, under the Delegating Nurse's plan of care.

Responsibilities include prioritizing client needs, following the care plan, documenting actions, and maintaining client comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or College Degree.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR, COVID Vaccine.
• Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.

• Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
• Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely.
• Documents actions and client response to care provided.
• Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.
