Available shift: Monday–Friday 11:00 pm–7:00 am. Responsibilities include assisting the Delegating Nurse, following the Plan of Care, performing procedures safely, documenting actions, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or College Degree.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
• Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely.
• Documents actions and client response to care provided.
• Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.
