PALS OHIO, LLC. Cadiz, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties include supervision, daily living support, safe transportation, and accurate documentation of care and services provided.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass the DOT physical.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable Criminal Background verification.
• Willingness to provide supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
• Maintains current and annual training requirements.
