Job summary

The Garden Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Las Vegas. Part-time and full-time schedules (20-40 hours per week) are available; full-time positions offer an annual salary around $40,000 and hourly options at $18+ per hour.

The DSP will support individuals with developmental disabilities through our GROW Program and community activities. Responsibilities include planning activities, assisting with daily living, and documenting progress, while upholding:centered,

Qualifications

• Must have GED or High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• CPR certification required at hire. CPI certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience in health care/day care/education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff on daily lesson plans and activities.
• Prepare and file activity binders and documentation.
• Provide direct support and personal care as part of the GROW Program.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and environment.
• Assist in daily classes and adapt activities for different levels.
