Robin Hill Farm, an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and support independence.

You will perform meal prep, light housekeeping, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance while upholding safety, privacy, and respectful communication.

No prior experience required; orientation provided. Roles offer daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

You’ll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.

Shift Differentials:

• $3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
• $4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
• $1.00 for all weekend shifts
