The Arc of Greater New Orleans is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will mentor, participate in daily activities, and celebrate small wins with clients in a caring, inclusive setting.

No experience is required and training is provided. The role offers schedule flexibility, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k), and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and more.
