Champaign Residential Services in Allen County is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in a home setting. You will engage in activities like shopping, bowling, fishing, movies, and vacations, while supporting daily living and empowerment.

This role emphasizes mentoring and teaching self-reliance, with pay rates $17.00–$18.00 per hour, paid training, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a $1,500 referral bonus, mileage reimbursement, and part-time opportunities.
