Firefly is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) in Joplin, MO. You will support adults with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, helping them build independence and life skills through daily activities and transportation support.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in homes and communities.

• Document client progress and milestones.

What You’ll Do in This Position

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
• Help individuals access community resources and participate in social activities
• Provide transportation for appointments, shopping, and community outings
