Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals / Caregivers to deliver compassionate in-home care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hickory area.

Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts are available, and you must have at least one year of verifiable experience with IDD. Responsibilities include personal care, accompanying clients to errands and appointments, meal preparation, and community activities.

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
• Ability to work independently in a client's home/community

Job description

Would you like to give compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes? To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

We have current Direct Support Professional / Caregiver openings in the following locations:

• Hickory, Conover, Newton, and the surrounding area.

Afternoon, evenings, and weekend shifts available.

Pay: $15/hr.
